Delete your SureDuo account in the app
Open the SureDuo mobile app, go to Settings, and use the Delete account action. The app asks for your current password before removing your SureDuo account.
When you delete your SureDuo account, SureDuo removes your app login, your linked device registrations, and your access to connected stores. If one of those stores no longer has any other active SureDuo connections, SureDuo also removes the stored SureCart token and synced store data that SureDuo kept on its own backend for that store.
Disconnect one store without deleting your whole account
If you want to remove only one site or store connection, open the SureDuo Connect plugin in your WordPress admin and use Disconnect this store in the Danger zone.
That action removes the SureDuo connection for that site. If the store no longer has any other active SureDuo connections, SureDuo also removes the stored SureCart token and synced store data that it kept on its own backend for that store.
What deletion does not do
Deleting your SureDuo account or disconnecting a store does not delete the merchant data inside SureCart itself.
Deleting your SureDuo account or disconnecting a store does not automatically cancel a paid SureDuo subscription or refund charges that have already been paid.
If you cannot access the app
If you cannot sign in to the app or cannot access the WordPress site where SureDuo Connect is installed, email support@sureduo.com and include the SureDuo login email, WordPress site URL, and any license or order reference you have available. We may verify ownership before processing the request manually.
Data that may be retained
We may keep limited records such as invoices, payment records, fraud-prevention records, support records, or security logs where we have a legitimate need or legal obligation to do so. Backup copies may persist for a limited period before they are overwritten.
Subscriptions and billing
If your account has an active paid subscription, cancel future renewals through the billing flow provided at purchase or contact support@sureduo.com. Account deletion stops access to the service, but it does not automatically reverse charges that have already been paid.
