Service
SureDuo provides a WordPress plugin license and mobile app experience for SureCart merchants. The service helps users review store activity, receive alerts, connect one or more supported stores depending on plan scope, and perform supported merchant actions from a mobile device.
Accounts and access
You are responsible for keeping your SureDuo login, WordPress admin access, SureCart access, and license key secure. You are responsible for activity that occurs through your account.
You must provide accurate information during purchase, setup, and support requests.
License and subscription
A SureDuo purchase gives you a limited, revocable, non-transferable right to use the plugin, related updates, and mobile access for the billing period described at checkout.
If SureDuo is sold as a recurring subscription, renewals, billing frequency, taxes, and cancellation terms are shown on the checkout, order, or billing page.
Merchant responsibility
You remain responsible for your store, customer records, billing decisions, refunds, fulfillment, compliance, and any action submitted through WordPress, SureCart, or SureDuo.
SureDuo may allow actions such as creating invoices, payment links, customers, products, variants, offers, refunds, and subscription changes. You are responsible for reviewing actions before submitting them.
Acceptable use
You agree not to misuse the service, attempt unauthorized access, interfere with service reliability, abuse notification systems, reverse engineer restricted parts of the service, or use SureDuo for unlawful, fraudulent, or abusive activity.
Third-party services
SureDuo depends on third-party services such as hosting providers, WordPress, SureCart, payment processors, email providers, and push-notification providers. We are not responsible for outages, restrictions, or policy decisions made by those third parties.
Availability and changes
We aim to keep SureDuo reliable, but we do not guarantee uninterrupted availability. We may update, improve, suspend, or remove features when needed for security, maintenance, legal compliance, or product changes.
Independent product
SureDuo is an independent product for SureCart merchants and is not affiliated with or endorsed by SureCart.
