Subscription renewals
If your SureDuo purchase is recurring, your subscription renews automatically until it is cancelled. Billing frequency, taxes, and renewal terms are shown at checkout or in your billing area.
How to cancel
You can cancel future renewals through the billing or account flow made available at the time of purchase, or by contacting support@sureduo.com before the next renewal date.
Cancellation stops future renewals. It does not automatically refund charges that have already been paid.
Refund handling
SureDuo is a digital software product and service. Refunds are not automatic.
If you were charged incorrectly, charged more than once, or could not access the purchased service because of a confirmed SureDuo-side issue that support could not resolve, we may approve a refund or account credit at our discretion or where required by law.
Renewal charges are generally not refunded once billed, unless required by law or approved because of a confirmed billing or service-access issue caused by SureDuo.
Refund timing
When a refund is approved and initiated, it is sent back to the original payment method through the payment provider. Bank and payment-provider processing times can vary, so the refund may take several working days to appear in your account.
Incorrect or duplicate charges
If you believe you were charged incorrectly or more than once, contact us as soon as possible with your purchase email, transaction date, amount, order ID, and payment ID if available.
