Who this policy covers
This policy applies to people who visit sureduo.com, buy or use a SureDuo license, activate SureDuo Connect on a WordPress site, or sign in to the SureDuo mobile app.
What we collect
SureDuo may collect account details such as name, email address, login credentials, license status, connected store identifiers, support messages, and technical logs needed to operate the service.
When you connect a SureCart store, SureDuo may process store data such as orders, customers, products, prices, invoices, payment links, refunds, subscriptions, webhook events, projected revenue data, sync history, and push notification delivery information.
If you enable push notifications, SureDuo may store device information and push notification tokens so alert delivery can work on your device.
How we use data
We use this data to provide plugin license access, create and manage mobile app logins, sync and display SureCart store data, deliver push notifications that you choose to enable, provide support, troubleshoot issues, maintain security, and improve reliability.
SureCart credentials
SureDuo is designed so the mobile app does not connect directly to SureCart using your secret token. Store connection details and secret tokens are handled on the backend and are not intended to be stored directly inside the mobile app.
Payments and service providers
If you purchase a SureDuo license, payment, billing, tax, invoice, and refund processing may be handled by third-party providers such as SureCart, Stripe, PayPal, Razorpay, hosting providers, email providers, or push-notification services. Those providers handle their own services under their own terms and privacy policies.
We do not sell your store data. We may share data only with providers that help us operate, secure, support, host, notify, or bill for SureDuo.
Security
We use reasonable administrative and technical measures to protect account and store data. No internet-based system is guaranteed to be perfectly secure, so you should also keep your WordPress admin access, SureCart access, and SureDuo login credentials secure.
Retention and deletion
We keep account, billing, support, and store-operation data for as long as needed to provide the service, troubleshoot issues, maintain security, and meet tax, fraud-prevention, accounting, or legal obligations.
If you request account deletion, we will delete or de-identify the data associated with your SureDuo account within a reasonable period, except where we must keep limited records for legitimate legal, security, accounting, or fraud-prevention reasons. Backup copies may persist for a limited period before they are overwritten.
Your choices
You can contact us to request access, correction, support, or deletion related to your SureDuo account. For account and app data deletion, use the in-app Delete account flow, the Disconnect this store action inside the SureDuo Connect plugin when you only want to remove one store connection, the instructions on our Account and Data Deletion page, or email support@sureduo.com.
