SureDuo access is delivered digitally through a WordPress plugin license, account access, and mobile app login instructions. No physical shipment is required.
Delivery timing
Digital access is usually made available shortly after successful payment confirmation, but actual setup time may depend on account verification, plugin installation, WordPress availability, SureCart availability, or payment-provider processing.
What you need
To use SureDuo, you need a supported WordPress site, the SureCart plugin and store access, a valid SureDuo license, and the login credentials created during plugin setup.
No physical shipping
Because SureDuo is software, there are no physical shipping charges, courier partners, delivery destinations, or parcel tracking numbers.
Access issues
If you purchased SureDuo and did not receive access details, contact support@sureduo.com with your purchase email and license details.
